The final approved terms and privacy notice must be linked beside a future versioned acceptance control. This development page has no agreement-acceptance control; the legal documents remain drafts.
Each packet needs its own instruction
Before release, the workspace shows organization, exact recipient email, purpose, selected filenames, unresolved/excluded items, user-recorded dates and link lifetime. Safe matching can prefill ordinary evidence selections, but no sharing confirmation or health consent is prechecked. Review every suggested file. Missing requests need an explicit separately-handled or not-applicable resolution with a reason.
The packet confirmation authorizes the displayed files for the displayed request. It is not acceptance of these draft terms. Health documents require a separate confirmation and may belong in a separate packet sent to occupational health.
Changes require a fresh review
Editing the recipient, requirements or document selection clears prior review and health confirmation. The server independently validates the request before creating an immutable snapshot. Subsequent wallet edits do not change an already sent packet.
Sending does not mean an institution accepted the credentials. Downloaded and forwarded copies cannot be recalled. Review the recipient’s current instructions and handling practices before sharing.
