Development preview · Draft v2026-09-12

Prepared and editorially reviewed September 12, 2026. Operator and legal approval pending.

Your professional record should travel with you.

Credtend is being built as an individual-owned credential and continuing-education organizer. One place for the records you need throughout your career—not another employer-owned silo.

Starting with a focused problem

Credtend is in beta. It has renewal checklists in all 50 states and DC for physicians, dentists, nurses (RN, LPN and APRN), physical therapists and physical therapist assistants, physician assistants, social workers, occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians (except Delaware, which does not credential technicians), and EMTs, advanced EMTs and paramedics (Delaware, Florida and New Jersey have no advanced EMT level); for radiologic technologists in the 38 jurisdictions that license them; and for sonographers in the four states that license them (New Mexico, Oregon, North Dakota and New Hampshire). The ARDMS and CCI sonography registries, NCCPA PA-C, the ARRT and NMTCB radiologic technology registries, the NBCOT and AOTA occupational therapy credentials, the NBCC, CRCC, CCE and AAMFT counseling and marriage and family therapy credentials, BPS, PTCB and NHA pharmacy certifications, and NREMT and IBSC EMS certifications are tracked everywhere. Every checklist is a draft pending professional review, and New York physician rules also carry source-linked numeric drafts. Board certification modules cover physician specialties, and BLS and ACLS cards are tracked for everyone. The wallet brings credentials, supporting documents, education awards, renewal planning and institution-specific requests together. Nothing here is a compliance determination.

Clarity before certainty

Board requirements, hospital policies and state training obligations can overlap without being identical. We keep their sources, dates and credit systems separate. Deterministic code calculates recorded progress; draft rules, missing dates and unresolved questions remain visible. The responsible institution decides acceptance.

Privacy is part of the workflow

A credentialing packet is a reviewed selection, not your entire document vault. Health records require separate consent; request PDFs cannot masquerade as evidence. Private-record access, scan quarantine and sharing controls are implemented in code, but operating a secure live service also requires configured infrastructure, independent assessment and approved procedures.

Read the security posture and remaining launch requirements.

Built to connect, not lock you in

Records and calendars can be exported. A consented, signed completion-import interface is designed to connect a future separate CME content site without granting that provider general access to the wallet. A provider’s signature identifies the sender; it does not establish board acceptance.

Who is behind the preview?

The operator’s legal identity and public contact channel have not yet been configured. We do not invent a team biography, office address or support commitment.

This is development software, not an approved national credentialing service. Terms and privacy text remain drafts for operator and counsel review. Do not upload patient records or use the fictional demo for real personal information.
