Terms of service draft
Editorial terms for operator and counsel review. These are not an operative contract and are not currently offered for acceptance.
1. Service and eligibility
The proposed service organizes professional records for adult users. It is not a licensing board, hospital credentialing office, credentials verification organization, medical practice, employer or legal adviser. Initial supported requirement packs are limited. Credential approval and professional obligations remain with the relevant institutions and the user.
2. Account and accuracy
Use an account you control, protect sign-in and authenticator access, keep information accurate and review official requirements. Review extracted suggestions and selected documents before release. Support must follow a documented recovery process; it must not casually bypass MFA.
The organizer does not submit renewals, sign institutional attestations or grant privileges by assembling a packet.
3. Documents and processing permission
Users retain their rights in documents. A final agreement should grant only the permission necessary to store, process, export and transmit selected material as directed, subject to the privacy notice and lawful retention. No transfer of credential ownership or unrestricted marketing/data-training license is proposed.
5. Prohibited use
Do not submit forged credentials, impersonate another person, upload unauthorized third-party or patient information, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk messages or try to defeat access controls. Do not share passwords or MFA codes. Restricted identity records must use the institution’s approved process, not a general credential packet.
6. Third parties, availability and fees
Actual hosting, authentication, storage, scanning, email and other processors need identification before public use. Source links and institution names do not establish affiliation. No uninterrupted availability, automatic renewals or credential acceptance is promised.
No paid service is specified in this preview. Pricing, cancellation and refund terms must be added only when an approved business model exists. Export, suspension and termination procedures must reflect actual operating practices.
7. Legal approval still required
Operator identity, legal notices, governing law, disputes, liability, consumer rights and changes require counsel and operator approval. This draft does not invent a governing state, arbitration clause, liability cap or waiver. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived must be preserved.
A live agreement needs a versioned acceptance record and linked approved privacy notice. No current control purports to accept these draft terms.
